Peony
Image is printed onto clear acrylic, and then backed for protection and framed with a white frame. As the image is printed directly onto the acrylic waste is minimised, the print is super durable and can be shipped easily without breakage worries, anywhere in the world. It also adds a depth to the print which makes it appear 3 Dimensional. All printing is done here in New Zealand. The frame is hand made in Papamoa, and then assembled here at LA Studio.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer

Full payment must be received before your order is shipped.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within New Zealand and to selected international destinations.

Orders are processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and shipping provider.

Once dispatched, delivery delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will repair, replace, or refund your order in accordance with your rights under the CGA.

Refunds are processed via your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, especially for limited-edition, made-to-order, or custom pieces.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
