2. Products

• We sell original artworks and high-quality art prints.

• Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

• Sizes, materials, and print types are described on each product page.

• All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist (see Section 8).

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer

• Full payment must be received before your order is shipped.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within New Zealand and to selected international destinations.

• Orders are processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

• Delivery timeframes depend on your location and shipping provider.

• Once dispatched, delivery delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will repair, replace, or refund your order in accordance with your rights under the CGA.

• Refunds are processed via your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, especially for limited-edition, made-to-order, or custom pieces.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

6. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.

• Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

• Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

7. Copyright and Use of Artworks

• All artworks, images, and designs on this site are protected by New Zealand copyright law.

• Copyright remains with the artist at all times, even after purchase.

• Buying an artwork or print does not transfer reproduction rights.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork or images without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.
We collect personal information (such as your name, address, and contact details) only to process your orders and communicate with you.

We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
We will not share your personal information with third parties except where required to complete your order (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers).
